P 3430 Authorized Signatures

The Board president and treasurer shall sign all checks issued by the District. According to state statutes, if approved by the Board of Education, facsimile signatures may be printed on District checks.

January 9, 2006: If the president or treasurer are unable to sign district checks, the vice-president may sign instead.

Facsimile signatures are not acceptable on district checks.
