Larry Dines from Appleton City VFW Post #11242 announced the winners of the Patriot's Pen essay contest at Hudson R-IX.
The 2024 theme was "My Voice in America's Democracy?". Emma Snyder, 8th grade,
received 3rd place, Bennett Johnson, 7th grade, received 2nd place, and Ari Hilgenberg, 7th grade, received 1st place. Congrats!

Thank you to the Hudson PTO for the fun paper goods. We enjoyed using them during our Back to School lunch provided by Community First Bank. It was delicious. We were happy to have David Hilgenberg and Craig Johnson eat with us. Thank you for the water tumblers! The staff also enjoyed choosing gifts from the drawing. We appreciate your kindness.
